Incredibly Helpful
Stu has been incredibly helpful through the process of purchasing our new windows. We ordered the windows recently and they came in earlier than the due date which was very exciting . My husband and I made the mistake of choosing black for the wraps of the windows. After the first day of wrapping them, I came home from work and saw the black and really didnt like how dark it made the house look. I panicked and figured Id give it a shot and call to see how much it would be to change what was already done. Stu was so nice about it and wants us to be happy with our decision so he offered to have the guys redo them in white and only charged us for the extra materials I cant tell you how big of a relief this was. I felt extremely bad since it was our fault but they were so kind and helpful in this situation. Highly recommend this company ! Thank you!!!!
