The roof is one of the most inaccessible areas of a house, which is why most homeowners prefer not to bother themselves with climbing up to periodically check if it’s still in tip-top shape. More so, there usually isn’t any sturdy surface around it that would provide a safe perimeter walk for the inspecting homeowner. Because of this, the roof is often neglected which then leads for minor issues to evolve into more costly problems.

If the roof is left unattended for a long period of time, small damages can become much worse, posing all sorts of problems on its ability to protect the hose and its inhabitants from external elements. Proper roof maintenance will make sure that it can adequately serve its purpose for a long time.

However, many homeowners do not know the things to look out for when it comes to roof maintenance. In this situation, it’s better to call in a roofing professional to thoroughly inspect a house’s roof as they are trained and specialize on diagnosing the root of the problems in the roof more efficiently.

We proudly serve Lavallette and surrounding areas, for all your roofing needs, from new roofs, to repair, to gutter systems.

The name honored U. S. Navy Admiral Elie A. F. LaVallette, who distinguished himself as a young lieutenant aboard Commodore Thomas McDonough’s flagship in the battle of Lake Champlain and later commanded the U.S.S. Constitution. Of French descent, the Admiral legally anglicized his name to Lavallette in 1830. His son, A. T. Lavallette, was secretary of the Land Improvement Company. Latter a US Navy Destroyer was named after the admiral.
