Receptionist / Customer Service Rep

All County Exteriors, a family owned and trusted exterior contracting company with 38 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Customer Service Rep to join our team.

Job Description

  • Proven receptionist/customer support experience required (minimum of three years.)
  • Manage high volume of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Ability to identify and assess customer’s needs.
  • Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Retrieve homeowner’s information and scope of repair and email to Repair Dept.
  • Make outgoing scheduling calls to customers.
  • Type proposals.
  • Competency using Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
  • MasterBuilder experience a plus but will train.
  • Construction experience is a plus.

Full Time: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

$15 to $17 per hour (based upon experience)
