All County Exteriors, a family owned and trusted exterior contracting company with 38 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Production Team Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating siding & roofing work orders, purchase orders & purchase work orders.
  • Ordering material & creating subsequent work orders.
  • Confirm purchase orders at day’s end.
  • Releasing work orders with suppliers as needed.
  • Check siding & roofing orders for accuracy.
  • Create purchase orders & triplicate paperwork for metal phases.
  • Update the production schedule for siding.
  • Enter information for metal warranties through Englert website.
  • Enter truck information, scan paperwork & attach to spreadsheets.
  • Receive material in Master Builder, scan & attach properly & notify appropriate person that material arrived.

Required skills:

  • Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • MasterBuilder software experience a plus (but will train)
  • Attention to detail a must.

Pay: From $19 per hour
