Customer Service Rep/Administrative Associate

All County Exteriors, a busy, high-volume home remodeling company, seeks a full-time Customer Service Rep/Administrative Associate.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to identify and assess customers’ needs.
  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Dispatch homeowner and builder work orders.
  • Process homeowner and builder billing.
  • Assist in scheduling the next day’s work for crews.
  • Generate proposals.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience required (minimum of three years.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn new software easily is a must.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.

Competitive Salary

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (hours preferred, but we are flexible) (overtime available)
