Customer Service Rep/Administrative Associate

All County Enterprises, a family owned and trusted exterior contracting company with 35 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep/Administrative Associate to join our team.

Job Description

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience required (minimum of three years.)
  • Ability to identify and assess customer’s needs
  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
  • Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Master Builder software experience a plus
  • Ability to learn new software easily is a must
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (guaranteed overtime)
