Many regards roof as an essential part of their house, mainly due to how much protection it can provide. Without it, a house will fall victim to the harsh elements of nature such as snow, winds, cold, scorching heat, and rain. But due to its relative inaccessibility, the roof is often left barely maintained, let alone checked, when it comes to general house inspection. As long as it appears okay, homeowners are content with not exerting the extra effort of climbing to check on it.
Such neglect can lead to small, undetected damages becoming worse, posing all sorts of problems on its ability to protect the household from the forces of nature. To avoid such situations, keeping up with the conditions of your rooftop should be a high priority, especially when the seasons are changing. Even the smallest leaks can become the most destructive damages for your house during the winter and hurricane season.
Most homeowners, however, do not have sufficient knowledge of what to look out for when it comes to roof maintenance. Therefore, a roofing contractor should always be called in to thoroughly inspect a house’s roof as they are well-trained on what to look out for and how to diagnose the root of the problems in the roof’s conditions.

Kendall Park gets its name from its builder, Herbert Kendall, who built a planned community of 1,500 houses between 1956 and 1961. The development of Kendall Park doubled the population of South Brunswick Township and marked the beginning of its transformation from a rural farming area to a suburban bedroom community. Several other nearby tracts developed after Kendall’s original development are also part of the CDP.
