New Construction Roofing Foreman

To complete roofing jobs for various projects. We work with all national builders as well as mid-size and small builders.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising roofing subcontractor crews for new construction sites.
• Inspect completed roofs for finish and workmanship
• Schedule roofing repairs.
• Paid Holidays
• Price out small jobs and repair work

Education Requirements

• Professional presentation
• Organized and able to manage deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Service oriented and able to establish a good rapport with clients
• Driven to improve skills & knowledge
• Skilled at finishing projects on time and under budget

Qualifications

• Experience with asphalt shingles, some flat and low pitch roofing and metal roofing.
• Duradek product experience is a plus.
• Minimum of five (5) years of roofing installation experience.
• Must be able to climb ladders and carry materials.
• Generate proposals for repairs and new work.
• Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
