Ray Marzarella Jr. started roofing and siding homes as a way to support himself in college. After graduation, Ray and his father started All County Exteriors, focusing on residential remodeling: roofing, siding and windows. For over 35 years, three generations of the Marzarella family have provided company leadership and continuity. As the business grows, All County Exteriors remains committed to its core values of treating every customer’s home like their own by providing top quality products and certified installations. The Marzarella family and All County Exteriors has gained a reputation of giving back to the community and has been involved with many charitable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, ABC’s Extreme Homemaker, POAC Autism Services, Roofs for Troops, and the American Cancer Society.
Ray Sr. started All County Aluminum, the parent company of All County Exteriors, in the 1970s with the help of his son, Ray Jr. Ray Sr.’s initial focus was helping local contractors and builders provide homeowners with the highest quality roofing and siding materials on the market. His experience with homebuilders and contractors led Ray Sr. and his family to create All County Exteriors, turning it into one of New Jersey’s top home improvement companies.
Ray Jr. co-founded All County Aluminum with his father, Ray Sr. Ray Jr. has been a driving force in each incarnation of the business for more than three decades, and was behind the formation of All County Exteriors. Ray Jr.’s dedication to the growth of the business and the quality of service is evident each day, encouraging and leading the staff by example.
