I needed this done right away because water was coming into my living room; they did it in three days instead of the usual two to three weeks I was told it might take. I was concerned about it taking too long because the windows had to be replaced, but I happened to find All County that did excellent work and cleaned up so well afterwards.

The man who came out and checked everything and took down all the data, did all the paperwork so that within two or three days, they fixed everything. A neighbor of mine recommended them and so I called and they did an excellent job, they were wonderful. I am very grateful to them because they made the effort to do it as quickly as possible, and I was very impressed with the workmanship and the man who came in to take all the information. See above - the entire process from the sales process to the jobs completion was handled extremely well. Communication with the subcontractors was on point the whole way through the process. I told all county once what we wanted done and they did it right the first time and we were not even home 90% of the time they were working on the house. That's Quality!

Larry Salesi - project foreman, he stayed in touch with me through every step of the process, thoroughly explaining everything in simple terms. He is very professional in his approach to dealing with customers and addressing their needs/wants.

What factors most influenced your decision to select All County Exteriors?

All of the above, plus the fact that my boss recommended them to me. What we connected to when Len Pezza visited us was how knowledgable he was, the presentation he provided to us, and the fact that he had a professional portfolio ready to go with samples of materials that we could look through and feel the quailty of the products. He did not just come in to our home, walk around the property, give an estimate and leave. He explained everything initially, took measurements, came back inside with the portfolio, thoroughly explained the estimate and did not pressure us to make a decision right them and there. He was easy to deal with and had a comprehensive portfolio to leave us with reference letters and information contained within the portfolio.

What was the most memorable part of working with All County Exteriors?

Their timeliness, quality and customer service. I'll tell you what REALLY impressed me about thei company. They were scheduled to begin work on my house on a Saturday at 8AM. Well Saturday came and it was pouring rain (my wife and I were up early) we figured the subcontractor would not show since it was an outside job abd it was raining. At 8:10AM I looked out the window and much to my surprise they were in front of my house sitting in their van WAITING FOR THE RAIN TO STOP!!! These guys waited until 10:30AM for the rain to stop beforew they knocked on the door to say they would have to come back!!! You asked for a memory - that's a vivid one! As I said earlier, I am very impressed with the way they run their business. If they ever do commercials, I want to be their spokesman!

I was very impressed with the work team because they were so well-organized and meticulous.
