Ray Marzarella, Jr. and Ray Marzarella, Sr. started in the roofing and siding business in the 70's and formally founded All County Aluminum, All County Enterprises & All County Exterior's parent company, in the 1980's. In the beginning, we focused solely on helping local builders and developers with their Roofing and Siding needs. As we grew, we hired more people and worked with bigger builders and developers. Ray Jr. is currently President of the All County Family of companies. Ray Sr. is Chairman Emeritus today.
ALL of us have homes, like you! Homes that need new roofs, new siding, and new windows. So, we work on our own homes. Our neighbors ask us to work on their homes. Our friends and relatives ask us to work on their homes. And their friends ask us to... well, you get the picture.
We started in the Home Exterior Remodeling business back in the 80's and, as that part of our business grew, we formed All County Exteriors in 2002, focusing solely on helping homeowners. All County Exteriors has grown to become NJ's Premier Home Improvement Company.

Beth Mayer handles the promotional, marketing and advertising activities for All County Exteriors. Her responsibilities include overseeing every facet of marketing. Beth is also responsible for managing the Lead Coordinators and help with any customer issues.

When you call All County Exteriors you'll first speak to either Emma or Lucille who will set up that appointment for you. Emma Drinkard and Lucille Cimmino are committed to answering your questions, your 'Contact Us' email inquiries, scheduling customer visits for the Residential Specialist team members and completing reports and projects for the Residential Team and Manager.
Emma's responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, helping the Residential Specialists with creating sales folders, sales reports, billing and overseeing day-to-day operations within the sales department.

Paul, Larry and Tony are all Siding, Windows & Doors Project Foreman for Residential installation of those products you select. Robert, Iovi and John are Roofing Project Foremen for your new roof. Each of them will manage the installation team that is selected to work on site to implement your project and install the products you've selected

Do you have anything on your exterior that needs a repair? If so, when you call All County Exteriors, you will be communicating your concerns with either Michele or Cynthia. Michele is our Receptionist and Cynthia is our Repair Coordinator. If All County previously installed your product, Michele and Cynthia will research the materials used. If All County had not previously installed the product, they will arrange for a repair technician to scope the needed repair by taking pictures and generating a list of materials needed for that repair.
A proposal will then be prepared and sent to the homeowner. Once signed and returned to Cynthia's attention, the materials will be ordered, followed by a scheduled appointment to complete the repair work. In most cases it is not necessary for the homeowner to be present while the repairs are being scoped or completed.
Kristin Marzarella handles all aspects of Human Resources.

The Operations Team makes sure your project, as outlined with your Project Consultant and reviewed with our Project Foremen will be completed on time. (See a step-by-step outline of What to Expect working with All County Exteriors). Ross manages all the All County Exteriors teams.
Walt is the "Inside" counterpart to the Project Foremen. He orders and handles material procurement and project scheduling for the Siding, Windows & Doors Installation Teams. Vinnie Marzarella handles material procurement for all roofing projects. You'll speak to Kim when it's time to schedule your installation team for your exterior renovation project. Patty Craig applies for permits for your projects.
