This Sunroom Addition gives three season living space to a nearly new home in the Fairways, Lakewood, NJ. It is designed to blend perfectly with the existing home, with matched windows, siding, roof, gutters and a new door onto a new patio.

The demolition was handled with care, protecting the existing windows and sliding door
New footers, a new foundation & a new floor were poured to provide the required strength, durability and finish
All framing, electrical work as well as the exterior and interior finish of this lovely home were completed by our Additions Division
