TRIM REPLACEMENT - Project Description:
To complete the finish on this large elegant home new trim and architectural details were added. These details help define to look of the home and the elegance of the finish.
Changes include:
- New 16 inch Eastern White Cedar Shakes, Cabot Bluestone in color, where installed on this home
- When the siding was complete, new crisp white low-maintenance AZEK Trimboards® and Cornerboards® were installed around windows, doors and fascia. These boards provide a high quality finish that is also a low maintenance finish - an ideal combination
- All window and door headers are trimmed with AZEK® moldings.
- All the soffits on this home are finished in AZEK® Beadboard material.
- New HB&G PermaCast columns grace the portico and porches on this home. These fiberglass reinforced columns are extremely strong and have the added benefit of being low maintenance.
- New gutter and leader system carries through the 'white-trim' appearance
