This home had an existing metal-framed screened-in porch. The windows and skylights were plastic, had not held up to elements and now allowed water onto the porch. The water in turn created a mildew problem in the astroturf carpeting. The homeowner wanted a complete change to these conditions and asked us to design and construct a new sunroom. A number of companies were called and their estimates were out of reach in price.

The owner's niece noticed an All County Exteriors advertisement in a magazine, and suggested that the owner call us. Our price was right, and we were delighted to create a spacious finished sunroom, which matches the home, for the owner.
