PORTICO REPLACEMENT -
Project Description:
This elegant home was stuck in its past, circa when it was built, with a monochrome color scheme and a clumsy entry.
The old portico was removed, and the roof replaced on the entire home. All County Exteriors designed and construced a new portico with elegant columns that welcomes guests as it sets off the entry, and adds a note of elegance. Now the classic proportion of this home is apparent. The transformation is complete with a gracious entry and classic color scheme.
Changes include:
- Dated two story portico was removed, and replaced with a well-designed, gracefully proportioned portico
- Maintenance free HB&G fiberglass columns flank the sides of the entry
- New crisp white low-maintenance Azek Trimboards® trim and accent this elegant portico
- The ceiling of this portico was finished in white maintenance-free vinyl beadboard
- The portico finish matches the new beaded vinyl soffits, and carries through to the new gutter and leader system and completes the elegance of the home and professional appearance of this project
