This home had French doors with sliding screens onto a lovely stamped concrete patio - a beautiful entertaining space but with little privacy. The owners wanted to add a screened-in porch for their summer enjoyment. 

• All County Exteriors generated the design drawings and obtained the necessary permits for this lovely screened-in porch
• The first step for construction was to create a foundation for the new porch and cause no damage to the stamped concrete patio. This patio was relatively new and had been a significant expense to the owner. All County carefully scribed, cut and excavated for the new foundation without any damage to the remaining decorative patio
• Footers and a foundation for the porch were poured
• All the framing, all electrical work as well as the exterior and interior finish of this lovely addition were completed
• The roof and the exterior siding were matched to the existing home. The result is a screened in porch addition that has the look and feel of being original to the home.
