This contemporary home right on Barnegat Bay in Toms River was showing its age and needed it all - especially to have its dated, faded stucco replaced with siding and contrasting trim.

The homeowner had some great ideas to begin the process. As the homeowners worked with our Design Team, we came up with a solution to completely alter and improve this very stylish home's exterior. First, all the stucco was removed. Then two types of siding were applied to the exterior. Generously wide white trim emphasized this home's contemporary lines. Finally, a cultured stone application to the stairwell tower completed the dramatic change in this home's exterior appearance.

• CertainTeed® Cedar Impressions D7 also in Natural Clay appears on the front entry and the octagonal tower.
• Azek® Trimboards are the bright white trim that emphasizes the strong verticals throughout the home, and highlights the windows.
• CertainTeed® Beaded Soffits complete the exterior facade, and give a clean finished appearance to all overhangs.
• Finally, cultured stone surrounds the stair tower, for a look which transforms the home.
