VSI's certification process involves a combination of hands on instruction, classroom training and a written test given by a VSI certified trainer. All County Exteriors is a part of the VSI program and has been for quite some time. Each certified installer must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to properly install vinyl siding and accessories based on industry standards. Dedicated to delivering quality projects and products, Pella Certified Contractors are trained to provide exceptional service from product selection all the way through installation. All County Exteriors is part of an elite group of independent contractors certified and selected by Pella.

All Owens Corning Preferred Contractors must meet the following criteria:

   • In business for at least three years
   • No adverse legal actions, liens, judgments, etc. against the company during the past five years
   • A clear credit record with no account more than 90 days past due
   • All required state and local licenses procured and current
   • General liability insurance is required
   • Good professional reputation and customer references
   • No bankruptcies in the past seven years

The contractor who has earned this distinction has earned this level by achieving the highest qualification by demonstrating outstanding performance in installations and product knowledge.

For contractors to become a part of the Premium Renovator program they must demonstrate a high level of expertise in installing Revere products. After undergoing our specialized training sessions and programs, with a passing grade and proven product knowledge, a contractor will become a Premium Renovator for Revere.
